A. Briddge Orius

Founder / President / CEO

Bridgge is an entrepreneur, artist, youth mentor, educator, life coach, certified business
advisor, and a passionate advocate for positive psychology and mental health. He is also the
CEO of Bridging Communities, an organization whose mission is to educate leaders and small
business owners on key aspects of life.

Briddge is a proud native of Haiti, a heritage he cherishes deeply. He views himself as a bridge
to personal growth, and he is dedicated to helping people connect with their best selves. This
philosophy is reflected in his chosen name, Briddge.

Briddge is an alumnus of The National Society of Leadership and Success and a lifelong
learner, continuously seeking growth and improvement to better serve those around him.

Esther P. Ceus

Founder / Vice President

Esther is an educational professional. She is currently serving as assistant principal of a high
school on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. She has been a classroom teacher, a Graduation
Coach, and Coordinator of English Language Learners and Migrant Instruction.
Most recently, Esther was principal of a school on a Native American reservation in
Albuquerque, New Mexico for the Bureau of Indian Education under the Department of
Interior.

Before entering the education field, Esther had a successful career as a broadcast journalist.
She was a television reporter for several ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX television stations around
the country.

She is also a former owner of Kafe Kreyol Haitian Restaurant in Norfolk, Virginia.

Cherriell Orius

Founder / Secretary

Cherriell is a multifaceted professional. She is a licensed stylist and certified life and trauma
coach. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of CRB ENTERPRIZEZZ, a company dedicated
toempowering women through health and beauty.

In addition to her professional achievements, Cherriell is an accomplished author and continues

to inspire and uplift others through her commitment to empowerment and transformation.
Cherriell is a proud mother of four and grandmother of three.

Ducosse Merant

Founder / Public Relations

Ducosse is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in business administration and the education field.

In 2019, he established Fondation Ducosse Merant, a non-profit organization dedicated to
aiding impoverished children in Haiti by offering educational opportunities.

Ducosse holds some college credits in Business Administration and a certificate in Billing and
Coding. He enjoys reading and is committed to making a positive community impact, focusing on children’s needs with respect and dignity.
